In a meeting with the Iraqi Prime Minister, Sirwan Muhammad forwarded the following requirements:
-Selling US Dollars at the rate of ID 146,500 to Kurdish traders, as would be equal to the traders in the rest of Iraq.
-Legalizing the commercial manifests given by Bashmakh border point to regain the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Iraq, keeping in mind that most of the goods imported by Kurdistani traders are sold in the center and south of Iraq.
-Allowing the Kurdish businessmen to purchase the sum of $1000 at the official rate at the local airports,
-Distributing more kerosene in Kurdistan, to face the extreme cold weather.
The Prime Minister, for his part, highly regarded these requirements and suggested to present all of them in writing.
Eventually he ordered the Foreign Minister to follow up the demands.
