An inclusive meeting held by the chamber, representatives of agriculture establishments and farmers’ unions to discuss the means of improving quality and quantity of vegetables and fruits of the region.
The Vice President of the chamber, Yasin Faraj said: “It is our utmost duty to coordinate with the farmers to produce healthy products, and also to find markets for their products.” He also added that such improvement will increase job opportunities.
The deputy director of Sulaimani agriculture office, Jutiar Khalid confirmed that there is a joint venture to teach and instruct the farmers in Bazian and Penjuen areas.
Mr. Khald invited universities and related establishments to take part in educating and instructing our farmers.
